Creamy Coconut Tzatziki with a Twist

This refreshing and versatile Coconut Tzatziki sauce is a family favorite—perfect for dipping or  spreading over your favorite dishes. Packed with fresh herbs, zesty lemon, and a hint of Jamaican spice, it’s dairy-free, nourishing, and parasite protocol-approved! Ingredients

1 cucumber, finely diced

1/2 bunch scallions, thinly sliced

1/2 small red onion, finely diced

Fresh dill, chopped (to taste)

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Base
    Scoop the coconut yogurt into a large mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Add Vegetables
    Finely dice the cucumber, scallions, and red onion, then add them to the bowl.
  3. Incorporate Flavors
    Stir in the minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, Jamaican seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  4. Taste and Adjust
    Sample the sauce and adjust the salt, lemon juice, or seasoning to suit your taste preferences.
  5. Let it Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
