The Tropical Dragon Smoothie Bowl created by my Daughter Piper is a refreshing, nutrient-packed blend of exotic fruits and superfoods. Bursting with the tropical flavors of mango, passion fruit, and jackfruit, and enriched with the creamy goodness of dragon fruit and coconut, this smoothie bowl is as delicious as it is vibrant. The addition of aloe vera and papaya seeds gives it a gut-healing and detoxifying boost. Topped with crunchy hazelnuts, fresh fruit, and nutrient-dense superfoods, this bowl offers a satisfying treat that feels like dessert while nourishing your body from the inside out.

1/4 cup organic aloe juice (Lakewood Organic)

1-1.5 cups organic unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Smoothie Base:
    • Add the frozen mango, passion fruit, aloe vera, jackfruit, dragon fruit smoothie pack, and coconut smoothie pack to a high-speed blender.
    • Toss in the papaya seeds (if using), sprouted pumpkin seeds, lime juice, and aloe juice.
  2. Blend Until Smooth:
    • Pour in 1 cup of coconut milk to start and blend on high until smooth. Use a blender tamper or scrape down the sides as needed.
    • If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut milk (up to 1.5 cups) until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Assemble the Bowl:
    • Pour the smoothie base into a bowl and smooth out the surface.
  4. Add Toppings:
    • Top with hazelnuts, fresh dragon fruit cubes, mango chunks, coconut shavings, hemp hearts, and bee pollen for a delightful mix of textures and flavors.
