Ingredients:

2-3 organic frozen bananas 

1 organic frozen avocado 

1 scoop Truvani pumpkin spice plant protein 

1 scoop grass fed collagen peptides (I used Garden of Life brand) 

1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree 

2 tbsp organic almond butter 

1/4-1/2 cup organic almond milk 

1/4 tsp organic pumpkin spice seasoning (optional for more intense pumpkin spice flavor) 

Topped with organic sprouted pumpkin seeds, organic walnuts, organic banana, chia seeds, bee pollen, organic raisins, hemp heart seeds

Instructions:

Place all items in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Start on a low speed, scraping down or using the blender pusher as needed. Add more liquid gradually if the mixture begins to get stuck. Blend until thick and creamy. Add the smoothie bowl mixture to a bowl and garnish with your toppings of choice.
