Peaches and Coconut Cream Smoothie Bowl

Indulge in a creamy, refreshing treat that’s as nourishing as it is delicious. This smoothie bowl combines the tropical sweetness of peaches with the luscious richness of coconut cream, creating a perfect balance of flavor and texture. Topped with crunchy garnishes, it’s a delightful way to fuel your day!

Ingredients:

2 cups organic frozen peaches 

1 organic frozen banana 

3.5 oz frozen coconut smoothie pack from Pitaya Foods

1/4 cup organic coconut milk, unsweetened 

2 tbsp Aloe Vera juice Lakewood Organic 

1 scoop organic whole broccoli sprout powder (optional)(I used Koyah Organic)

Toppings as seen in photo: organic sprouted pumpkin seeds, hemp heart seeds, unsweetened organic coconut flakes, raw unfiltered honey, 1 organic banana, 1 organic peach, Pumpkin Spice Vanilla Granola (find this recipe on my blog)

Instructions:

Place all items in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Start on a low speed, scraping down or using the blender pusher as needed. Add more liquid gradually if the mixture begins to get stuck. Blend until thick and creamy. Add the smoothie bowl mixture to a bowl and garnish with your toppings of choice.
