Tropical Harvest Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen organic pineapple (for added benefits juice a whole organic pineapple with the core and outside skin, then freeze into ice cubes; most of the pineapples nutrition is found in the core).

2 frozen bananas 

3.5 oz frozen coconut smoothie pack from Pitaya Foods 

1/4 cup to 1/2 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk 

2 tbsp organic sprouted pumpkin seeds 

1 scoop organic whole broccoli sprout powder (optional)(I used Koyah Organic)

6 papaya seeds (optional)

Toppings as seen in photo: 1 organic banana, 1 organic fresh mango, hemp heart seeds, flax seeds, Pumpkin Spice Vanilla Granola (find this recipe on my blog)

Instructions:

Place all items in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Start on a low speed, scraping down or using the blender pusher as needed. Add more liquid gradually if the mixture begins to get stuck. Blend until thick and creamy. Add the smoothie bowl mixture to a bowl and garnish with your toppings of choice.
